The holiday season is a time of giving, and this year, Northland Elder Law was honored to spread cheer by sponsoring three senior citizens through The Salvation Army’s Adopt a Family program. We were delighted to fulfill essential items from their wish lists, such as socks and gloves, and added a few extra treats to make their holidays even more special.

Cassie Rocha, attorney and owner of Northland Elder Law, shared how much she enjoyed shopping for these individuals. “It’s always rewarding to give back to the community, and it’s important to remember our elderly residents too,” Cassie said. “I hope these gifts bring a little joy to their holiday season.”

Programs like The Salvation Army’s Adopt a Family remind us of the power of small gestures to make a big difference. While the deadline to sponsor a senior has passed for this year, the program is hosted annually, offering another chance to brighten someone’s holiday season next year.

At Northland Elder Law, giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our local seniors and look forward to continuing to make a difference in the Kansas City area.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

"I was very satisfied with the preparation of legal work you did for us! Especially that you were aware we would need a face sheet for the POA! That one page saved us $65 when we had it recorded in Jackson County! Thank you so much!  Wishing you and Northland Elder Law the best."
